国際コーポレートガバナンス・ネットワーク（ICGN）最高経営責任者（CEO）

Jen Sisson became CEO of ICGN in 2024, leading a global investor-led organization representing over US$90 trillion in assets. She serves on the Japanese Financial Services Agency's Council of Experts and the stakeholder working group of the International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators.
Prior to joining ICGN, Jen was EMEA Head of Stewardship at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she led engagement, proxy voting, and industry collaboration. She contributed to the Investment Association's reporting and auditing group and served on the ISSB Investor Advisory Committee.
In 2022, she was also a member of the US Council of Institutional Investors' Corporate Governance Advisory Council.
Earlier, Jen held the role of Deputy Director at the UK Financial Reporting Council, overseeing stakeholder engagement and corporate affairs. She led outreach on ESG, audit, and reporting policy, including the development of the UK Stewardship Code (2020) and Corporate Governance Code (2018). Her career began at PwC.
Jen volunteers with MyBigCareer, a charity supporting educational access for disadvantaged youth. She holds a BA in Business, Accounting and Finance from the University of Newcastle and a Master's in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge.

2024年にICGNのCEOに就任。ICGNは、90兆米ドル超の資産を運用する投資家によって主導される国際組織であり、世界的なコーポレートガバナンスとスチュワードシップの高度な基準の推進に取り組んでいる。シッソン氏は、日本の金融庁有識者会議および監査監督機関国際フォーラム（IFIAR）のステークホルダー・ワーキンググループのメンバーを務めている。
ICGN以前は、ゴールドマン・サックス・アセット・マネジメントにてEMEA地域のスチュワードシップ責任者として、エンゲージメント、議決権行使、業界連携を主導。投資協会の企業報告・監査グループやISSB（国際サステナビリティ基準審議会）投資家諮問委員会にも参画。2022年には米国機関投資家評議会（CII）のコーポレートガバナンス諮問委員会のメンバーも務めた。
それ以前は、英国財務報告評議会（FRC）にてステークホルダー・エンゲージメントおよびコーポレート・アフェアーズ担当副局長として、グローバル投資家や上場企業の経営陣・取締役との連携を統括。ESG、監査、報告制度に関する政策アウトリーチを主導し、2020年の英国スチュワードシップ・コードおよび2018年のコーポレートガバナンス・コードの策定に携わった。キャリアのスタートはPwC。
業務外では、教育機会の格差是正に取り組む慈善団体「MyBigCareer」でボランティア活動を行っている。ニューカッスル大学で経営・会計・金融を学び、ケンブリッジ大学でサステナビリティ・リーダーシップの修士号を取得。
